Lawn Care Services & Scheduling
We offer full-service lawn care, fertilization, weed control, and insect control for turf and grass. We also treat shrubs, ornamental plants, and palm trees.
We don’t, but depending on your location, we can refer you to our sister company, Perfect Cut Landscaping.
Yes. Every plan is built around your specific property, grass type, plant palette, existing conditions, all of it. No two lawns are the same.
You can call us or go online. We’ll call you back within the same day and typically schedule your visit within 24 to 48 hours.
For residential services, no, it's pay-as-you-go. If you're happy, you stay with us. For HOAs, we do annual contracts with standard 30-day out clauses.
Lawn Treatments & Products
We use both liquid and granular fertilizers depending on your needs and budget. That includes Triple 20 (20-20-20), liquid iron, potassium, and water-dispersible micronutrients. We adjust the NPK ratio based on what your lawn needs.
Our main go-to is Triple 20, a balanced mix of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. We also add micronutrients and liquid iron to keep your lawn green and healthy.
At a minimum, every other month. We recommend monthly service to stay on top of things. Our liquid products last about 30–40 days.
No, we don’t currently offer organic treatments.Â
It can if the rain hits right after application. We recommend giving the treatment at least two to three hours to absorb. Moderate rain after that is usually not an issue.
Weed Control
Yes, we do.
We treat broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds like sedge. Sedge is a specialty treatment with an additional charge. Most customers just call them all “weeds,” but anything growing in your turf that isn’t your dominant grass type is technically a weed.
Yes, dollar weed is common, and we treat it. Crabgrass is harder once it’s established. We usually recommend applying Roundup and resodding.
If your lawn is mostly weeds and we kill them all, you’ll likely be left with dirt. In those cases, we recommend resodding and then maintaining the new turf with a weed-free plan.
Pre-emergents prevent weed seeds from germinating. Post-emergents target and kill weeds after they’ve already grown.
We use selective herbicides that target specific weeds like broadleaf or grassy types without harming your turf.
Results & Expectations
You might see changes within two weeks. Satisfying results usually come in after three to four months of consistent treatment.
Green grass in 90 days or your money back. If your grass isn’t green or you’re not completely satisfied within 90 days, we’ll give you your money back — guaranteed.
The sandy soil here makes nutrients and chemicals move quickly. That’s why a consistent fertilization schedule is so important; without it, your lawn won’t reach its full potential.
Pests, Safety & Identification
Look for browning, patchy growth, or signs of thinning. Any unusual grass growing in your dominant turf could be a weed. If it’s not thriving in summer, something’s off.
Yes. We recommend waiting about two hours after application before walking or playing on the lawn.
We use proper PPE and follow Florida Green Best Management Practices.
Why East Coast Sprayers?
Because there’s a lot more to it than just spraying chemicals. Timing, weather, regulations, soil science, it’s a whole process. And we know how to do it right.

We offer:
- Excellent white-glove customer service (we’ll fix issues at no cost if it’s not a specialty treatment).
- On-site custom chemical mixing, your lawn gets what it actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all spray.
- Better results, and yes, it might cost a little more, but it's worth every dollar.
